Calendar 2018 EN - English Verson

lhas means islands in Portuguese.
This project is a collection of islands and its birds.

For the third year now we've been collecting islands!
For the 2018 calendar, ilhas studio has invited the artist Bárbara Assis Pacheco to illustrate the various months of the following year: for each month, Bárbara draw an animal that inhabits the sea and lives by an island. This object counts as well with the precious talent of Sara Levy who wrote the texts for each month: in each text, Sara gives us some hints about this fascinating animals and its islands.

This year calendar has black and white drawings so that you can imagine the colours of each animal: we invite the younger (and the older!) to color this 2018 calendar!
